And the Oscar goes to Harvey Krumpet ...which has proved
itself a real awards magnet for some time now.
I predicted Destino... because of its fame: the Dali/Disney backstory.

Just
as we all expected. I scored 3/3 on my predictions here.
Not hard to do since there just wasn't much real competition this
year. Snubbed: LOONEY TUNES: BACK IN ACTION / MILLENIUM ACTRESS (Dreamworks) The only other films that seemed to stand even a remote chance. / TOKYO GODFATHERS From the director of Millenium Actress. Now playing in major markets / JUNGLE BOOK 2 (Disney) / JESTER ILL (TILL EULENSPIEGEL) / RUGRATS GO WILD (Paramount) / PIGLET'S BIG MOVIE (Disney) / POKEMON HEROES (Miramax) Not submitted for consideration: SINBAD |
