Best Foreign Language Film - April 1st Predictions

We usually start hearing about possible candidates after the Cannes Festival in the summer For now I randomly guess five countries just to have a prediction for the annual "early bird" list. I'm saying France, China, Mexico, The Netherlands and Sweden. You can check out Oscar records by country / or visit last year's foreign language race if you want to catch up.
