Short Explanation of List
# after title indicates number of viewings --if viewings are multiple.
(Generally I don't tend to view films repeatedly). Rankings are extremely subject to change and when I've seen enough to like 10 pictures from one year the whole top ten list will arrive.
* I don't watch films on television -so that accounts for some of the giant holes in my viewing. But I don't consider that I've seen a movie if there were commercial interruptions. Unless I'd previously seen it. I can't concentrate with stop and go. That's television rhythym... it's not the cinema.
Future Editions to this List ?
These will become top tens per year. The lists for each year will expand just as soon as I've seen 10 films that I at least like from that particular moment in time.
